Knowledge Base: How do a search for items on Kashless?
If you want to search for items in your area, begin by logging in. Once you are logged in, click on the box that says "Search for free stuff" in the upper right hand corner of the home page. Type in the name of the item for which you are looking and the city or neighborhood in which you want to look, and press "search."
Once you have searched for the item you want you have the chance to filter your results. To do so click on the red words that say "Show Filters" at the top of the search results. This helps you filter your results by "offered vs. wanted", neighborhood, distance, and wether or not the listings has an image.
- Another way to search for items is through the "Browse"
function. Simply scroll your mouse over the word "Browse" on the
upper left hand corner of your screen on the Kashless.org home page. This is where you can click
on items within a number of categories and neighborhoods.
