after i posted my item, it asked me if i wanted to publish or promote to craigs list, freecycle, etc.., and when i did, it keeps trying to force me to download a foreign file that my computer doesnt recognize

    jbax: We haven't seen this issue before. Thanks for reporting it. Can you attach the foreign file to this ticket? It'll help us track down and fix this issue. Also, please send us some info about you system--what operating system you're using, what browser, etc. Thanks.

    Mary: When someone responds to you, you will receive an email. You can also visit your messages page to see all of your current conversations with other users.
