I didn't get 40 points for starting the reward program how come?

I'm wondering why I didn't receive points for starting a rewards program. Your page indicates we will receive 40 points just for registering for the rewards program. Do these points show up later?

   Hi there. The 40 points that you receive at Sign up come directly from Recycle Bank, so you'll never actually see them on your Kashless rewards page, you'll just see them directly in your RecycleBank account.
