My Kashless Reward Points have not been transferred to Recyclebank

   Hi there,

   Thanks for inquiring about your transfer of Kashless Rewards points to your RecycleBank account.

   We had a few bugs that prevented certain points from transferring over to RecycleBank in the past couple of weeks. It would help us out if you could let me know a few things:

   1. Have you successfully set up your RecycleBank account and linked it to your Kashless account?
      
   2. Are your points still currently listed in your Kashless Rewards account?
      
   3. Have they now tranferred to your RecycleBank account?

   If you have successfully linked your accounts, your points are still showing up in your Kashless account, but they have still NOT transferred to your RecycleBank account please let us know.

   Most people have now received all of the points that are in their Kashless account, in their RecycleBank account but it's possible that a few points were lost along the way. From here on out, Kashless points should always be reflected in your RecycleBank account within 24 hours. The transfer happens at 3am each day, so they should be there the following day after you accrued them on Kashless.

   no, i have 49 points in my Kashless account but not in Recyclebank....its been like four days

   Hi there,

   I just looked further into your account and noticed that you haven't actually set up your rewards account yet. So to get started and get your accounts linked you'll need to go to the rewards section of your profile and click on "Sign up for Rewards Program"

   yeah, i type in my password and it says "these two accounts are already linked"...its said that from the start

   I have 300 points that have not transferred. My accounts are linked. Any suggestions?

   Hey there,

   I'm trying to get a better understanding of what error is actually ocurring for you folks so I can hopefully fix this for you.

   So you're clicking "Sign up free for rewards program" on your reward page of your Kashless profile.

   Then you're getting the message "A RecycleBank account for this email address has been found. Sign in now to link to your RecycleBank account and earn Points."

   After typing in the correct password and pressing "submit" you are then getting a message that says "these two accounts are already linked" but it never actually links your account, is that correct?

   If not, please describe in detail what exactly is happening. Also, could you tell me what browser you're using (i.e. firefox, chrome, safari) and if possible attach a screen shot showing me what error you're getting exactly?

   I tried to re-create your issue by signing up first for a recycle bank account and then linking it to a kashless account, but it seemed to work just fine for me so I'm wondering where this error is occurring exactly.

   Any more information would be helpful!

   yes, i linked the two accounts right after i signed up on both sites but the points never transferred. If i click "Sign up free for rewards program" again, it just tells me that the accounts are already linked (it doesnt say there was an error), so i just close out of it. Im using Internet Explorer.

   What you are describing is correct. I received the message that my accounts are linked, but the points do not show up for RecycleBank. I'm using firefox.

   Thanks for the quick response folks. There seems to be a bug on RecycleBank's end that is prohibiting a couple of your accounts from being officially linked. I am going to get one of our developers to try to manually link your accounts today, and hopefully in the next day or so you should be able to redeem your points.

   We truly appreciate your patience and help in resolving this issue, and hope to have things running smooth for you quickly.
